We are excited to offer the O-Shot, or Orgasm Shot. It is a non-surgical treatment designed to enhance female sexual pleasure, improve orgasm intensity, and address issues like vaginal dryness or decreased libido. It uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, which involves drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets (which contain growth factors), and then injecting the PRP into specific areas of the vagina and clitoral tissue. It’s also been used to address issues like urinary incontinence or vaginal laxity. It is 75-90% effective with one Oshot treatment. We use topical and injected anesthetic to minimize discomfort. Most women have minimal discomfort. Contraindications are low platelets, blood diseases, active infection. Results are typically seen with in 2 weeks. Results last anywhere from 18 months to 5 years depending on the person and their metabolism.
